TELLING ISN’T THE KEY?
Too many people think that “telling is selling”, that after they spew the facts about their product or service – the customer will buy. But handling your business with that mindset will absolutely limit your success. You must FIRST discover what’s important to your customer: what problem are they trying to solve, what are the key factors that will impact their decision, why do they want or need your product or service, what are they looking for and why? Once you’ve learned these key factors, you won’t have to “sell” anything, you’ll simply be SOLVING YOUR CUSTOMER’S PROBLEM!
